Billing FAQ

Payments, credits, and limits

Quick answers before you checkout.

How are credits counted?

Credits are calculated from input and output usage and shown in billing UI.

How many characters or pages are credits?

These are rough estimates, not guarantees. Actual usage varies by writing style, language mix, formatting, and translation output length.

Rough guide only: 1 credit is usually about 2-4 characters, so a short email is often around 75-200 credits and an A4/Letter page around 500-1,300 credits.

  • English: about 3-4 characters per credit
  • Korean: about 1.5-2.5 characters per credit
  • Japanese: about 1.5-2.5 characters per credit

Very rough page estimate (A4/Letter, standard margins, 11-12pt body text):

  • 100K credits: roughly 100-150 English pages, 90-170 Korean pages, or 90-170 Japanese pages
  • 400K credits: roughly 400-600 English pages, 360-680 Korean pages, or 360-680 Japanese pages
  • 2M credits: roughly 2,000-3,000 English pages, 1,800-3,400 Korean pages, or 1,800-3,400 Japanese pages

When does the daily limit reset?

Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC.

What is the credit usage order?

Included monthly credits are used first. Then time passes (earliest-expiring first), then credit packs.

How long are one-time purchases valid?

Credit packs never expire. Time passes are valid for their listed duration (for example 24 hours or 7 days).

How do refunds work?

Refund handling follows LemonSqueezy policy and applicable law. Refunded orders revoke the related credits or pass benefits.

Do taxes or local payment methods apply?

Taxes and available payment methods are handled by LemonSqueezy at checkout based on your region.
